Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Im trying to sue expedia.com in small claims. I cant find their agent for servive or the exact name of the Corporation.

It took me all of five seconds to go to the Expedia website and find the information listed under "terms of service." Maybe you can enlist a friend who knows how to use the internet. Their agent for service is listed on the California Secretary of State website. Most big corporations use CT Corporation Services as their agent for service.
