Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

We bought a condo in CA in 2006 with a first and second mortgage used as purchase money. We had a foreclosure a few years later and on my credit report the first mortgage was closed but the second mortgage continued to be reported. The second mortgage has recently been bought by another agency who has yet to start reporting but have started calling. I'd like to a) have this removed from my credit report, b) prevent the new company from beginning to report, and c) know what kind of lawyer I would consult regarding something like this.

You can make them stop calling you, but you have no right, legal or otherwise, to the a, b, c, you want. You can stop collection efforts on an uncollectabe debt, but what makes you think that the creditor can be blocked from reporting the fact that you have not paid the debt? A credit report shows your debts and your payment history on them. You have a debt you did not pay and are not paying. You have a legal right not to pay it, but you still incurred a debt you did not repay and are not making payments on. Your credit report would be fraudulent if it did not show that.
