Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

My check is being garnished I went to court on march 17 my claim exeption was accepted the creditor said he would stop the garnishment but still has not I call the levy officers to see if they did they said no so I asked if could bring the minute order\

to them they said no It has to be from court what should I do

You should call the judge's clerk and ask if they were supposed to prepare the formal order. If they won't prepare the formal order, you should submit one. Once signed by the judge, get a certified copy to the levying officer.
