credit card payments

i am in california i have customers who pay for merchandise with a credit card they give me to keep on file for allorders do i need to call everytime to charge the card if they gave me authorization to use it for their orders

Vendors should have a signed authorization on file and renew it regularly. You might call the credit card processing company to find out how they suggest these be handled.
