Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have a credit score of 455. When i was 17 Wells Fargo gave me a credit card with an unsecured limit of 1500. Not knowing what I was doing, I went out and spent the money. And didnt fully understand the terms of a credit card. Ever since then I have had problems with my credit and managing money. I am trying to move, but I need to bring my credit score up first. Also, I have been a victim of identity theft. I have about 8,000-10,000 in debt, and didnt know what a hard pull was, and that you shouldnt apply to a bunch at the same time. What should I do, and how can i get a debt consolidation loan with my credit score

You may qualify for bankruptcy but that won't help your credit score in the short run. Other than that you don't have a problem that a lawyer can help you with.
