Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have a debt collector making harrasing phone calls at my place of employment, they will not disclose their names, phone numbers or address. How can I get the numbers off the phone records ?

This is an illegal debt collection practice for which you would have the right to sue the debt collector. If you have caller ID you could search on the number or go to 800notes.com or whocallsme.com or any number of similar sites.
