Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
My ex-apt mate did not pay couple of monts of her rent after I moved out. I did not remove my name when I moved out of that apartment. Am I liable to pay for her non-payment?

Yes if you were on the lease or rental agreement. You can then sue him in Small Claims Court for the money you have to pay the landlord. (Good luck collecting!)
