If the business has not paid you in a couple of years, it is likely that the only way to recover the money is to sue them. You cannot simply "attach" a bank account, regardless of who it belongs to. The only way you can take such an action is to first obtain a judgment against the person or business that owes the money. Once that occurrs, you can take a wide variety of steps to "enforce" that judgment, including levying on any available bank account(s).
