Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Redoing a contract

Can a car dealership redo a signed contract without a notification to the buyer about a new apr rate? Contract was already signed at a lower rate now they want to redo the contract at a higher apr rate. If we don't they will reposses the vehicle

Re: Redoing a contract

The answer is NO. They appear to be trying to bully you into agreeing to the higher interest rate. However, once they have agreed and you have agreed you have a binding contract.
