Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

My Second Request.
To whom it may concern,
I am an eighty year old senior,single,a renter, living on social security, medical, medicare, assisted by two of three credit cards which I ceased useing as of 7/1/09.I was current up through the month of August, however due to some unfortunate happenigs these last few months I find myself unable to meet my crad obligations since I no longer am assisted by credit cards.I have no assets to speak of other than a 1992 cadillac, bed and mattress, book case and desk.Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciatd at this time.More detailed information can be furnished upon request.
