Stolen Credit Card

I know someone who was recently fired by their employer for stealing their credit card. They made almost $600 in purchases and the employer is now pressing charges. What kind of punishment is he looking at and what should he do?

He should talk to a criminal defense attorney or the public defender IMMEDIATELY. This could be a criminal matter with serious consequences including jail time.
