I recieved a summons to court in a case management hearing. Its is regarding a debt of $500.00, can I pay the debt now or do I have to wait for the hearing? Do I need a lawyer for this hearing also?

Was it a Summons or a Subpena? If a subpena you need permission from the issuing officer not to appear. Call me dierctly at 16192223504 perhaps I can appear on your behalf or have it cancelled.
