I'm not sure what exactly your question is. If you want the court to move date, you'll need to present it it the proper format and provide the legal reasons the judge should grant the request. Sometimes the other party will stipulate to what you want done and the judge will simply sign off on it. However, you should hire an attorney to help you present the request to the court in the proper manner.
