Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Please help. I need advice but can't afford an attorney. My son was mis-represented by his PD and on improper medication while in jail. He was not aware of what the implications of a Plea Bargain were. He's now sentenced to 6 yrs in state prison.

Advice? His remedy is an appeal IFhe has valid grounds for one, which requires you hire him an attorney, or apply to the appellate Public Defender.
