Re: Can this be appealed

In light of this new evidence, please contact my office at 310/277-1707. What court did this case take place in? Did he have a private attorney or a public defender?

Sincerely,

Lawrence Wolf, Esq.

Re: Can this be appealed

make an appointment to see the public defender in the county where his case was tried, or make an appointment with the private attorney who represented him. Show the new evidence and go from there.

Re: Can this be appealed

He will need to appeal this conviction on the basis of the new evidence obtained. He will need to hire good counsel to do so. Contact me if interested in discussing the facts and costs of doing so.
