Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was arrested and spent 4 days in jail. The day before I was released, I went to the court but never saw the judge. When my name was called I went out and all they did was add a different color wristband on and returned me to the cell. I was released the next morning. I was never given any paperwork. So, I'm very confused. How can I find out?

Unless you were given a date to come back the case was probably dismissed. To make sure you may check with the clerk's office in the courthouse.
