Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arrested four years ago for a meth pipe and taking meth into jail. Then They sentance me to a year long inpatient drug program and three years felony probation upon completion of the drug program. I successfully completed the program and was about to discharge probation when on a random search of my room the sherriffs found an empty seringe needle, but no drugs and arrest me with a new charge and a felony probation violation. I've since posted bail and been going to court over this matter over the last year.i have still not been settled out or sentanced yet on these new charges. Under newly passed prop47 curtain drug related felonies are to be dropped to misdemors, and under that prop am I off the hook with the felony probation violation? Or am I still lookin at sum time?
