Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

my ex boyfriend got into trouble awhile back and i didn't do anything to help him commit the crime but for some reason they made me a violation of his probation so we stopped seeing each other i got a restraining order for domestic violence when we had a fight but im going to try and take it off i saw him once this year and we had sex and now i'm pregnant and the police violated him cause we got caught but they dropped the case , what can happen now after i take of the restraining order and can i ask the judge to take off the probation violation now that im pregnant? will the judge look into my pregnancy? even if i'm already showing a belly?

I am not sure what you mean by 'they made me a violation of his probation.' However if this ex-boyfriend was already found to be in violation of probation, that won't be undone; however, he may now be able to do things (e.g., see you) that previously were forbidden by his probation, so that seeing you now may not be a *new* violation of probation. You and the judge both may have to agree that the restraining order is no longer necessary ... you wishes alone may or may not do it. Good luck!
