Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i was charged with an embezzlement under $400,count 1(misdemeanor). Am I eligible for DIVERSION? Also i just filed my citezenship and waiting for my "fingerprint" appointment. Is there any way to posponed my sentencing until i get my citezenship approved? There was no formal arrest... please help me.
