Court date coming up, failed to complete program

On a first offence drug charge. I did not complete the program, but entered a private one just recently which was reccomended by a psychiatrist I went to see. I felt I did not take care of it because I was depressed and may need to be medicating my self the proper way to get on track. Anyhow, what do I do? Can I get an extension? Also my public defender retired and I don't know who Is representing me yet. Court is next week. HELP! ADD in SM

First, the office of the Public Defender will continue to represent you. Best advice is to see them prior to the Court date...Tuesday, as Monday is a Holiday.
