Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have court for gun charges an evading from 2012 and i barely found out that i had a warrent for my arrest while trying to apply for the army. That case for me and my brother they let me go in 2012 n i've been pulled over recent but never arrested. My brother is currently serving time for this crime even though they never found a gun on us they found one later while searching a roof top. And they pinned on us. but i dont have any record cause this is my first offense of any kind and they are now trying to give the same charges.
