What does disposition code SP4 mean? My boyfriend's code was SP3 and it said he was waiting for a space in a state prison. Now it is SP4 what does the 4 mean?

Loser-boyfriend is still going to prison. If you want to visit him, make sure he sends you a visiting application as soon as he gets there, because it takes forever to process.
