Friend deported to Mexico

Friend plead guilty to street terrorism and was later deported to Mexico, I don't know his status here in the U.S. but he had a social security number and a drivers licenses but because he didnt pay work permit fee's to immigration he was later deported after street terrorism case he was deported for twenty years I wanted to know what kind of lawyer would I have to hire to appeal street terrorism and his deportation even though his already been deported?

He pled guilty, no appeal possible.

Mr. Stone is PROBABLY correct: it's generally very difficult to appeal a conviction based on a guilty plea. It's not categorically impossible, though. For example, the guilty plea could have been entered after the defendant lost a motion to suppress evidence against him, and the court's ruling on the motion can be appealed. There are other exceptions too. But appeals are a long shot under the best of circumstances, and a guilty plea isn't the best.

The other thing is, when was the conviction? There's a hard and fast time limit of 60 days after the conviction date to file the appeal.
