Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My husband died a month ago and his father and my husbands friend (we had differences unsettled) and his father is wealthy guy. The two of them had him creamated with out me being there they took his Harley, Truck and all his personal possessions and even put on a celebration of life without me and there is no will and I am his wife no matter what they feel about me. While he was terribly ill in the hospital the friend stayed with him while I went to get the potty chair to have at home for him and while I was gone and he was in and out of consciousness she had her friend a notary to have him sign a paper making her in charge of his medical decisions only, with out my knowledge also. What can I do to get his things and honor his wishes as she agreed to while he was alive and behind his back was selling and giving his things away even before he died. I was suppose to do these things. I have been so devastated over his death and Im just now able to ask for help with this situation and just found out what is happening with his things and I am sickened by this all. He also had benefits that he said I would be eligible for and annuities and pensions I really need advice can some one guide me to the legal way I can go about this horribleness?
