Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My lawyers quit
my husband is being represented by a high profile lawyer and now we are going to trail for an accused rape. trail date is oct.10 2002 and they told him that he needs ten thousand more dollars for trail or they will not represent him any longer.. can they do that so close to the trail date????
