Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I live in Illinois I have two class 4 felony possession on my record.If I move to California and become a resident will prop 47 work for me. I know that illegal immigrants can get it and there not Americans.Please help this will be great for my recently obtained cdl.

Any action against a conviction must occur where the conviction happened. Moving to California won't suddenly give California authority to change your original case.
