Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

How can I proove to the court that I'm not a resident were I was held as violating my probation....I was onl here for 2hrs.and officers came to do a probation search..off suspission that I stays there not documents but that's we're he sees me at during his patrol.he stated a false report at a adress were if you mapquest it would lead to a straight field..assuming everything to be stolen I received possession of stolen property section 496a1 something like that...and alter vin possession of stolen vehicle...he never ran finger prints and all items were locked inside a room were an unonomious officer that wasn't there did a pat down and found keys on me...in my property it states i wasn't in possession

CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. -

Four suspects were arrested in burglary and a marijuana sales investigation in California City.

On Monday, Nov. 26, investigators from the California City Police Department investigated a house burglary that took place over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in the 21100 block of Neuralia Rd.

After investigation, two suspects were identified and arrested in connection with the burglary and a forgery.

The suspects were identified as 25-year-old Justin Scott and a male juvenile.

Scott and the male juvenile were arrested on charges of residential burglary, forgery, and conspiracy.

During further investigation, officers were able to locate and identify property stolen in the burglary at a house in the 7700 block of Walpole Ave.

Two suspects were identified at the house as 23-year-old Anthony Robinson and 23-year-old Sandra Chavez.

During a search of the residence officers located stolen property, a stolen motorcycle, a marijuana grow operation, over a pound of marijuana, evidence of marijuana sales, and a shotgun with ammunition.

Robinson was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, cultivate marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales, and possess stolen vehicle with altered vin.

Chavez was arrested and charged with cultivate marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales, and child endangerment.

Over the course of three hundred and sixty five days (1 year) in the city of California City there have been 2 people arrested with the same first name and 3 people arrested with the same last name (matching the arrest record information above). During the same time period in California City we have recorded 206 total arrest records. Out of all of these arrest reports in California City there have been 0 that match zip code 93505-1906. On the same day this person was arrested there was 2 other people arrested California City for allegedly committing a crime.

.........the judge violated my probation and I have to go for sentencing...how would I be abl to explain my situation so I want be violated...time will tell in the matter of my case

Get an attorney.. Dont answer this question but what were you doing in the place and associating with people involved n this type of thing. You need to look at the terms of your probation and the get an attorney
