Does the term 'freedom of speech' ring a bell?

Nobody ever said you are 'entitled' to be tfree from unpleasant people.

If this is simply someone in the population outside of work, your remedy is to try to make peace, or to avoid him. If you 'lose your gentlemanly self' and cause a physical confrontation, someone is going to get arrested.

If this were in a workplace environment, you can complain to HR and seek remedy, or if that doesn't work, you can seek another job elsewhere
