Will i be incarcerated if i miss a court date,because im in the hospital....

Not necessarily. But your attorney should know about it and inform the court if you are hospitalized.

Have the hospital fax a letter to your attorney giving the date of your admittance. Then when you are released get a letter stating your admittance and release dates. Make sure the letters are signed and on hospital stationary.
