Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I just got arrested for my second DUI within a year. The first one happened in May. I know that I had violated my probation. What penalities am I looking at

Nothing, unless you are convicted of the new DUI or the probation violation. Make sure this doesn't happen. Call me for more info.
