Your Friend had better hire a good DUI lawyer or else start looking for another line of work.

Re: Class ''A'' license........

Your friend's future depends on his past. Is this a first offense or multiple within the last 10 years. For the courts, he faces fines and penalty assessments. For the DMV, he'll have to take driver safety and alcohol classes for at least 6 months. If he makes his living driving, he'll have to apply for a restricted license. And if he is charged again with another DUI, he'll be in big trouble. Hire a lawyer and don't delay. Good luck.

Re: Class ''A'' license........

What's going to happen? He is facing potential jail, fines, and loss of license that will prevent him driving at work. The union has no help to offer if he loses his license. Have him contact me if interested in obtaining help in defending this.
