Driving in another state
I have lost my drivers licences in Nebraska for 1-3 years(depending on sucess of probation). If I move to another state, prehaps Cali, would I be able to reinstate there.

If California is a "compact" state (as I suspect it is, you'll be out of luck with regard to getting your license reinstated sooner. Good luck.

California will get information from Nebraska and will probably deny you a driver's license.
