Legal Question in Elder Law in California

I'm 49 yrs old and temporarily staying for a few months with my 73 and 74 yr old parents they live in a senior 55 or older community there are several people on there street who have children living with them but my moms neighbor has it out for them and told community that I've been staying there over the allowed visitor stay which is 60 days so now my parents are being threaten with a $500 to $1000 fine and I have to be out in 10 days and they have to go before the community court and could be forced to move how can I or what do I need to do to legally stay with them to help them oh yeah my parents own there home free and clear

Unless there's a caregiver exception to the residency rules that applies here, you're going to lose. The "those other people are cheating too" excuse never really works.
