Dear Mr. Riley,

I am sorry to hear about your father's situation.

You should start directly contacting attorneys here on LawGuru. If you don't find someone your father likes, you can contact your local bar association. Several senior centers have lawyer referral panels. If there is a council on aging or other agency for seniors in your area, contact them as well.

It sounds like you are looking for an attorney who handles trust disputes and elder law matters. You also want one who can handle matters in the county where the trust is being administered.

I would not continue posting more information here, since it is not confidential and could be found out by the current attorney and fiduciaries.
