Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 55% physical custody of my son my ex wife has 45% we have joint legal she is trying to move out of state. Does she need my consent? this is a huge matter. thank you

If possible, you two should agree on how custody will be handled once she moves and then file a stipulated modification to your custody order. If you cannot agree, then she needs to file a motion to move and modify custody. If she moves without asking the court for a modified order, she will still be under the old order, which she probably cannot comply with from out of state.
