I am 14 years old. I feel abused emotionally by my mom, can I refuse to go back to her house on her time, and if I do what consequences could that assign in court?

If there is an existing court order, you have to follow it until you get a different court order. If you don't your dad could be held in contempt of court and fined or even do some days in jail to teach him a lesson about disobeying the court's orders. If you and he agree that you should spend more time with him an less with your mom, or your mom should have counseling with or without you to be a better parent, or anything else that will make things better with your mom (which is way better than just running away from issues with her), then your dad needs to file a motion in the court that issued the existing order to make changes to it.
