alimony pymts

My sonsEx-wife keeps upping payments & he cant afford it. Shes remarried 2 top CalTrans EXEC. & lives high. He is already paying half paychk to her for 2 kids that spend all summer, every other wkend rest of time with him & money still goes there while they're here. She lives in home with pool, doesnt work, takes vacations to Hawai while he babysits.He live on parents property & cant afford time off-what gives???

Child support is based on a formula which has been put into a computer program everyone uses, because the formula is complicated. I have seen opposing counsel put in wrong numbers hoping that the other side and the judge won't figure it out. Having said that, kids are entitled to support from BOTH parents, and there may be some things he can do to impute wages to her. Give me a call and we can discuss this.
