Alimony again

My ex suppose to pay the alimony on the 15th of every month to direct deposited to my checking account that stated on my judment but it had been 2 years, he never did, he always paid in check behind the due date and for the months of Jun he still owed me partial of the payment and for the month of July 16, I will assume he will not pay me on time again, I have been wrote him an e.mail twice to ask for the payment , he never respond, what am I suppose to do? Do I need an attorney to help me to enforce that?

Reply: Alimony again

In a general sense, you can have the court issue an Order Assigning Wages, and serve it on his employer. His employer will deduct the support payment from his wages and pay you directly. In other words, every time he receives a pay check, you will be sent your share from his employer.
