my ex is supposed to have suprivised visitation but cannot pay someone, so out of courtesy I have been there surprivasing him and my daughter. he harasses me about taking her by himself, and that he doesn't want me there. I tell him no and if he doesn't want me there he needs to pay for a paid professional monitor. then he tells me that he has a friend that works at the court house and they will show up at my door step. help! do I have the right to tell them to go away or that im going to call the cops, or does he have the right to take her with his friend from the court house?

You should follow the supervised visitation order to the letter. It's not clear who was supposed to be supervising the child for visitation, you must return to court to get that clarification. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
