It's your husband's separate property. It remains to be seen as to whether you have any community property interest or not. If so, it probably isn't very much.

This is not Hollywood fiction where marrying means you automatically get his house or half of all his property on divorce 6 minutes or 6 months later. Generally property acquired before and after marriage is separate property and property during marriage is community property. Meaning this is his separate property.

But you're entitled to reimbursement of your community property interest that was paid towards this separate property absent a written agreement. If you contributed your separate property towards the purchase its a different story.
