Since California legalized recreational marijuana. How will that affect my custody case if i had to take a hair follicle drug test

The first question that must be answered is whether or not the court can mandate that you take a hair follicle test. Typically there is a requirement that the party consent to this kind of test.

The California family law courts have not yet reached comprehensive determination of how to deal with recreational marijuana.
