Legal Question in Family Law in California

In California: Are parents given notice post-termination(TPR)? Are they given any information on how to appeal the decision? The parents were given notice of the tpr case and didn't show.

By TPR, do you mean Termination of Parental Rights? You need to give a more complete question. If you represent yourself in court, then the court presumes that you know the law as well as a licensed attorney, so no, the court will not advise you of rights after any decision is made. You should be speaking directly with an attorney who specializes in family law adoption matters. Good luck!
