if my children mother marries, is her husbands income concidered in determining my child support for them ?

Only indirectly. It is one of the components of the Dissomaster computer program calculation, but it only affects the tax calculations, which are a part of determining available income for support. When you get married, your taxes usually change significantly, so the taxes on her income will be recalculated based on their joint income and new filing status. That may or may not affect the final amount of support.
