Legal Question in Family Law in California

Children's schooling

I have been divorced for 5 years now. In 2006 I started a new job as a teacher in a private school. I get an employee discount for my two children to attend plus financial assistance. My ex-husband refuses to help with tuition fees or even uniforms. Is there a way to hold him responsible for part of these fees?

Re: Children's schooling

most of it is included in child support. tuition is obviouly not included, but the court won't order him to pay for tuition. i'd let it go to avoid other possible issues like where the kids go to school.
