Legal Question in Family Law in California

Daughter turning 18 wants to live with me

my daughter is in full custody with father and will turn 18 yrs old nov 28, 08 and she lives in Ohio, she wants to come live with me and finish out the rest of high school here in california in Dec 08. Can she make that decision without informing her father first and me not getting in trouble?

Once she's 18, she can live where she wants.

Major person has full rights. She needs no prior consents or information. She can take steps which she deem fit for her.
