Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am getting a divorce. I received inheritance while married that went into a joint account. Some of this money was also put in an IRA in my wife's name. I can prove that this was money directly from inheritance. Is this considered my property, or is it now considered "community property"?

You've indicated in your question that you are capable of tracing the monies to your separate property source. That tracing should substantiate that the money belongs to you as your separate property.
