No You have be served with a Summons and Petition. Unless your spouse was unable to locate you and obtained a court to serve by publication.

If you think your spouse is trying to take your default by claiming you were served documents, you should go to the court and get a copy of the proof of service that should be filed with the court indicating when you were supposedly served.

Within six months of a default judgment , you can set aside that default based upon mistake inadvertence surprise or excusable neglect.
