My ex-wife is making disparaging remarks about me in front of our children. Our mediation agreement specifically prohibits such actions. What are my options?

If the mediation agreement was enshrined as a court order, she is in violation of a court order. If you want to take action, you would need to file a Notice of Motion to bring the matter back to court to be sanctioned with a fine or lectured by the judge. If this behavior continues, custody could be at risk. In the end, that is what is usually the most serious impact of this kind of rock throwing.

Consider returning on a motion to request that your ex participate in anger management counseling.
