im a father an not consenting to adotion i been part of her life an pay child support they are filing code 7280 trying to terminate what can i do im not consenting to adoption im here father

If you are objecting to the adoption then you should probably have legal representation instead of asking for help on a message board. If you intend to be the sole parent then you should make sure that you have voiced that concern and ability to the court in your paperwork. You should make sure that you are a party to the case and you are involved at every hearing to be able to voice your objection.
