It sounds like you two did not agree that you both were ready to start a family. Even though you are the one that's pregnant it is just as much his baby as yours. If you believe that you are in danger you may ask for a restraining order from the Family Law court. There are clinics to help with the paperwork. He still has the right to have a relationship with the child. He should be invited to visit the baby as soon as it arrives. The nursing staff can assist with that. Once the baby is home he should be able to visit a couple of time each week for an hour. You may request that his visits be supervised initially but you should be prepared for him to have unsupervised visits.
